Spotting the right opportunities required EVOQ to monitor 10 to 20 separate public portals, each with its own interface. This monitoring consumed significant time before an opportunity was even evaluated.

Once an opportunity was spotted, evaluation became a challenge in itself. The team relied on generic tools like Claude AI, which knew neither the firm's project history nor its methods. Analyses varied from one time to the next, and the writing that followed ignored EVOQ's style. Each file largely started from scratch and required heavy reworking.

EVOQ first adopted Seev for its opportunity analysis. Where generic tools like Claude AI gave results that varied from one time to the next, one-click analysis finally offered a reliable, consistent reading of each RFP. At the same time, public portal monitoring, until then scattered across dozens of sites, was brought into a single place.

As the team used the analysis, it saw how to enrich it: by feeding its own content into a centralized knowledge base. The more the base was fed, the more relevant the analyses became, surfacing the past projects and project managers best suited to each opportunity.

This content opened the door to writing. With content about the firm on hand, Seev began producing text in EVOQ's style, and its memory took shape around the team's working methods.
